ReasyApp Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-17 Company: TJ TECHNOLOGIES LLC, 455 Market St Ste 1940, PMB 417232, San Francisco, California 94105-2448, United States ("ReasyApp", "we", "us") Contact: support@reasyapp.ai

ReasyApp is a tool for real estate professionals to capture, edit and publish property media. We are based in California and operate under the laws of the United States and the State of California.

This policy explains what information we handle, the promises we make about it, the rights you have, and the responsibilities that stay with you as a professional using the service.

1. Our commitment — we do not sell or give away your data

ReasyApp does not sell, rent, trade, license or give away personal information — neither yours nor your clients'. This applies to every kind of information in the service: your account, your photos and videos, floor plans, property details, and any information about your clients, buyers, sellers or website visitors.

Specifically, we do not:

We are not a data broker and are not registered as one, because we do not sell personal information.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but you may write to us at any time and we will confirm this in writing.

We do not use your content or your clients' information to train artificial-intelligence models, and we require the providers behind our AI features to do the same, in writing, as a condition of us using them.

2. Information we handle

Under the CCPA's categories, this is: identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or network activity limited to the above; geolocation only where it is part of a property address or photo you provide; and visual or audio information in the media you upload. We do not collect biometric information, precise background location, or information about your race, health, religion, politics, sexual orientation or union membership. If a photo you upload happens to contain such information, we treat it as your content and never analyze it for those characteristics.

3. Who is responsible for what — the part that matters legally

The service involves two different sets of people, and the law treats them differently.

Your information — we are the business. For your own account and professional information, ReasyApp is the "business" under the CCPA. We decide why and how it is processed, and the rights in section 7 run against us.

Your clients' information — you are the business, we are your service provider. When you upload a property, enter a seller's details, or receive a buyer's inquiry through a listing website, that information belongs to your relationship with that person, not to ours. For it, you are the business and ReasyApp is your service provider under the CCPA. We process it only on your documented instructions, only to provide the service to you, and we never use it for our own purposes, never combine it with information from other sources, and never contact your clients on our own behalf.

This matters in practice: if one of your clients asks who holds their information and why, the answer is you, and we will support you in responding. Section 9 sets out what that responsibility means for you.

4. How we use it, and what happens if the company is sold

We use information only to provide what you ask for: storing your media, editing and enhancing photos, generating floor plans and virtual tours, publishing listing websites, sending the emails the service needs, processing payments, providing support, keeping accounts secure, and meeting legal obligations.

Business transfers. If ReasyApp is ever sold, merged or acquired, personal information will not be transferred as part of that transaction unless you are notified first and given a reasonable opportunity to delete your account and data before the transfer takes effect. Any successor remains bound by the promises in this policy for information already held.

5. Service providers — processors, never buyers

A small number of companies process information on our behalf and under our instructions, only to operate the service. Each is bound by written terms that prohibit selling the information, using it for its own purposes, or retaining it beyond what the service requires:

ProviderPurpose
RailwayApplication servers, database and file storage
OpenAIAI photo enhancement and floor-plan reading
RealtyEditProfessional photo editing you order
StripePayment processing
GoogleSign in with Google and transactional email delivery
DropboxSecure hand-off of photos to our professional photo editors

Files you store with us are encrypted before they reach storage.

6. When information is disclosed

Only in these cases:

We do not provide personal information to government agencies except as described above.

7. Your rights, and how to use them

From the Account screen in the app (Security & privacy, and Delete account), or by writing to support@reasyapp.ai, you can:

How we handle a request. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time we will tell you why and take no more than another 45 days. We verify your identity through your account before acting, because these requests can expose data if handled carelessly. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that you authorized them.

California residents. The rights above are the rights granted by the CCPA. We honor them for every user, wherever they live, and regardless of whether we currently meet the statutory thresholds that would make the CCPA mandatory for us.

Shine the Light (California Civil Code §1798.83). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so there is nothing to request under this law.

Do Not Track. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not track you across other companies' sites in the first place, so the question does not arise.

8. How long we keep things

9. Your responsibilities as a professional

Using ReasyApp does not transfer your professional and legal obligations to us. By using the service, you represent and agree that:

If a claim is brought against us because you did not meet these responsibilities, you agree to indemnify us for it.

10. Security, and what happens if something goes wrong

Stored files are encrypted. Access is limited per module, personal data is masked for staff who do not need it, administrative access is recorded in an audit trail, and staff accounts require two-factor authentication. Each professional's data is isolated at the database level, so one user's account cannot reach another's.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, as required by California Civil Code §1798.82, and we will tell you what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing about it.

11. Children

ReasyApp is a professional tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the information of anyone under 16 — we do not sell or share anyone's. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to support@reasyapp.ai and we will delete it.

12. App stores — Apple and Google

ReasyApp is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and this policy is written to meet what each of them requires of us.

Deleting your account, from anywhere. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, under Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion without the app, by writing to support@reasyapp.ai from the address on the account; we verify and act on the same timeline as section 7. Deletion removes your listing websites, tours, reels and video tours from public view immediately, puts your projects into the 30-day recovery window described in section 8, and ends every session on every device. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only for that purpose.

What the store labels say is what this policy says. The data categories declared in Apple's Privacy Nutrition Labels and in Google Play's Data safety form are the ones in section 2, with the same purposes as section 4. We declare that data is not used for tracking, not sold, and not shared with data brokers or advertisers, because it is not. If we ever change a category, we update this policy and the store declarations together, before the change ships.

Google user data — Limited Use. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier, and nothing else. We use them only to create and authenticate your ReasyApp account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer that information to others except as section 6 allows, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Apple sign-in data. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the identifier Apple provides and the email address you choose to share, including Apple's private relay address if you prefer it. We never attempt to de-anonymize a relay address.

Permissions the app asks for, and why. The camera and microphone are used to capture the photos, videos and 360° scans you choose to take. The photo library is used to import media you select and, if you ask, to export finished files back to it. Location, when available in a photo's metadata, is part of the content you upload; we do not track your location in the background. Each permission is requested at the moment it is needed, and refusing it disables only that feature.

13. Governing law

This policy and any dispute about it are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in California have jurisdiction, and you and ReasyApp each submit to them. Nothing here limits any right you have under California law that cannot be waived.

14. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. We will never weaken the commitment in section 1 for information we already hold. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give you notice before it takes effect and the chance to delete your account first.

15. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints: support@reasyapp.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the California Attorney General or the California Privacy Protection Agency.
